Manage Territories Digitally

Assign, return, record completions, surface overdue territories — all in one place.

Managing territories digitally saves you from paper trails and duplicate bookkeeping. congrega covers every step around a territory: create, assign to publishers, record completions, return, trace the full history. Overseers can see at any time which territories are overdue and where action is needed.

Assignments and returns

Territories are assigned with one click — either digitally (the publisher sees the territory in the app) or with a printed map. On return, completions are recorded: what was covered, when, with what outcome. No Excel sheets, everyone on the same data.

Overdue territories at a glance

If a territory has been out too long or hasn’t been worked in a while, it shows up automatically in the overseer overview. Nothing slips through the cracks, and overdue territories can be followed up on purposefully — no more sifting through cards by hand.

Complete history

Every territory has a full history: who had it when, what was worked, what notes were taken. That helps with handovers between overseers, onboarding new territory servants, and understanding which territories get covered more or less often.

Bring publishers on board — optional

Publishers can get their own login to view their territories digitally and record completions directly. Possible, but not required — many congregations start with logins only for territory servants and overseers.

Frequently asked questions

How do I migrate from Excel?
Existing territory data can be exported as a CSV file from Excel and imported into congrega. KML and GeoJSON imports also work. We actively help with setup.
Can several people work at the same time?
Yes. congrega is multi-user — overseers, territory servants, and (optionally) publishers work concurrently on the same up-to-date data.
What happens to past completions?
They stay in the territory history. You can always trace who had a territory and what was covered.
Can I model districts and regions?
Yes. Territories can be assigned to districts or regions, and reports can be filtered by those groupings.
